In April, 2006, inteRAD and Amazing Technologies Corp, USA entered into an Agreement for the sale of inteRAD's Web technology to Amazing for integration into Amazing's product suite and global marketing through the JD Edwards reseller network. inteRAD confidently estimated the value of the deal (which allocated payment in Amazing Technology Corp shares plus royalties over 3 years) at between $USD 1.5 million and $3 million.
Sadly, a deal that was entered with extreme optimism has proved extremely costly and damaging to inteRAD.
The company is now effectively frozen - unable to pursue a number of exciting opportunities for its products while Amazing continues to claim ownership of the intellectual property, yet denied the promised payment based on Amazing's claims that the Agreement never perfected.
inteRAD's officers are struggling to make sense of the situation, and hope to soon have more positive news for shareholders. Meanwhile, 100% of the efforts of inteRAD's executive are focused on the highly unproductive task of trying to protect its rights.
